1 General Terms

7k77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and entertainment service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members and visitors of the Platform. By using 7k77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2 Account Register

To become a member of 7k77, you must register with accurate and complete information. Providing false details or opening an account using someone else's information is strictly prohibited.

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person or members of the same household from the same device or IP address, it may be treated as multi-accounting and the accounts may be suspended.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• Your account password must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
• Please contact the support team to update your personal information.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the 7k77 Platform. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to register or participate in any game on this Platform.

Opening an account with false age information is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit Rules

To make a deposit on 7k77, you must use a verified payment method. Deposits are accepted via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other supported methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits must always be made through a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is not allowed.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources onto the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; if there is a delay, please contact our support team.
• 7k77 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily hold any suspicious deposit.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

7k77 aims to process withdrawals within 5 minutes. However, delays may occur due to bank holidays or technical issues. The maximum processing time is 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirements associated with a bonus have been met.
• No more than one withdrawal request may be pending at any given time.
• Additional information may be requested for verification purposes in the case of suspicious withdrawal requests.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7k77 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before playing with bonus funds; typically, bets totalling 20–40 times the sum of the deposit and bonus amount are required.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be permitted.

7 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, 7k77's server records will be considered final.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and category.
• 7k77 reserves the right to change the maximum limits on any game or market.

8 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on 7k77 in order to maintain the integrity and security of the Platform. Violations of these rules will result in permanent account closure.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity (multi-accounting).
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.

• Harassing or insulting other members on the platform.
